We wanted to update you on the city council meeting we went to yesterday 8-5-2025
Dan Ramsdell represented the park. Dan got up in front of the council and explained what happened with the city shutting down water to the park on 4-24-25 and 7-24-25. He requested the city check the pressure relief valve when filling the water to the park,
so damages we incurred will not happen again. He also requested our claims from 4-24-25 be revisited. We have requested the water and sewer bill be looked at for reimbursement.
We recommend that if you have a claim from 7-24-25 to get that filed out with the city ASAP. you have 180 days to file.
We also recommend you watch the Bullhead City Council meeting video for the 8-5-2025 meeting
so you will know what was said on your behalf.
