Hello all,
Redmond Grand room update;
Met with PM Chris on Wednesday 1/4/23.
Door to library closed off with block, dry wall up, taped and mudded.
Main double door has been installed, this doorway has also had drywall installed, tapped and mudded. No lock set on this door yet.
New door has been installed leading to the kitchen. This door has been painted and lock set installed.
All four TV mounts have been installed.
Laundry room is still waiting for the AC to be installed.
Kitchen is looking better, still need all equipment to be professionally checked.
All draperies and valances still need to be professionally cleaned and rehung.
The refurbishing of the floors will begin on 1/9/2023
