Redmond/Grand room update.
drywall is installed in library. Double doors being hung tomorrow for main entrance. Calling for drywall inspection next week. Calling for Fire department inspection after drywall inspection is approved
Still waiting on ETA for the new AC unit. APO (electrical) still have a few items to clean up next week. As you can see next week sounds very promising.
I have scheduled the flooring guy for the week of the 9th. This is the sanding and re-finishing of the Grand room floor, stage, and stairs.
