Hello all,
Called another contact number for Suddenlink. He spoke to the supervisor that was here yesterday looking into our phone problem. Our trouble has been turned over to the construction side of Suddenlink (heard this answer last week) Suddenlink construction needs to run new cable and conduit to our building. They do not have a timeline for us.
