Hello all,
I have gone and spoken to our Project Manager Chris from
Redmond about the timeline of Grand room main room completion.
The main door and the block fill in of the library door are 3 weeks out.
The tin/ duct work for the AC is three weeks out
APO (electrical contractor) needs to make a change order to their scope of work to include work over the stage. Not done.
I have been trying to get the flooring guy in here on the last week of September to get the floors re-surfaced. I have cancelled this
Here we are just sitting and waiting. My timeline of opening the main room by October 1st will not happen.
