Hello all,
Both ACs in the gym at clubhouse went down. One was frozen up and low on charge. Unit was thawed out and recharged. The other had parts detonate. I approved a new wheel for this one and some other extra parts. PMI has ordered parts and will complete the fixes when parts arrive. It is cooler in there but not cold.
