Hello all,
Bullhead City Fire Department came to see me about a new service they want to help provide our residents. It is a I.C.E. (In Case of Emergency) form. They will provide you the form, explain how to fill it out and give you an envelope to put the form in on your refrigerator. They will even give you a magnet to attach it to your refrigerator. The idea is to have all your information available to them if you need help and cannot speak for your self. It is a simple form with list of medications, allergies, date of birth, stuff like that.
The meeting will be on August 7th (Monday) at 11am in the MPR room. I will repost when the date gets closer.
