Hello all,
I want to clear up all the laundry room questions. The laundry room falls under the fire occupancy permit. The whole area Laundry, Kitchen and Grand room are under one permit. I cannot open just the laundry or just the grand room they all fall under the same permit of occupancy. When the return air is delivered and installed the city will have to inspect and sign off project to get that occupancy permit.
Also, all the electrical appliances and the range hood will need to be inspected at that time.
