Update on work around the park
Redmond: still looking at July for new return air unit delivery and install at Grand room.
TWN; The diggers, fiber optic lines, and slurry trucks have completed their part, they are off property. No more loud noise. There is still a crew on property setting the vaults. The timeline for them to be finished setting vaults is 3 weeks, they should also put back all your rock, pavers, or whatever has been disrupted at that time. After all vaults are set another crew will come in and put a fog seal over the roads so the grey slurry trenches will blend in with the road. I would say a month from completion.
Filrich; Palm tree trimming to be completed by 6/30/23
Outside wall painting to be completed by 6/30/23
