Hello all,
Grand room update. The make-up air unit that was to be installed on 5/29/23 did not happen. I had to call Redmond for an update. That unit shipped on 5/29/23. Redmond told me that as soon as it was delivered it would be installed. On 6/5/23 I had to call Redmond again to find out why it was not installed. They informed me that when the unit arrived it was missing a piece, the new delivery date is 6/12/23. With out this unit being installed we can not get an occupancy permit. The HOA maintenance have taken this time to paint the entire main Ballroom area.
