Anyone wishing to utilize a room for an event or activity NEEDS to fill out a FACILITY USE APPLICATION.
Even those that have on going events or activities; an application HAS TO BE ON FILE AND RENEWED ANNUALLY
Between April and October. NO ONE has rights to any room unless a Facility Use Application is turned in.
If you do not turn in an Application Your room will automatically be forfeited to the person who fills out the application.
This applies to EVERYONE, ALL EVENTS AND ALL ACTIVITIES: to include Social Hour, Pot Luck, Thanksgiving Pot Luck, Water Exercise etc…
